Startup Visa Denmark is operated by Book2Wheel ApS, CVR 40573542, Denmark. Startup Visa Denmark is a private and independent consulting service for entrepreneurs and startups.

We are not a Danish government authority and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Danish Government, SIRI, the Danish Business Authority, or the official Startup Denmark programme.

We provide consultation time and professional advisory services, including guidance related to business readiness, application preparation, and startup discovery. Our services are advisory in nature and do not replace official guidance, legal advice, or professional advice from a suitably qualified adviser.

Before substantive consulting work begins, we may require you to sign a separate written service agreement or contract. That agreement may set out the scope, timing, deliverables, and any service-specific terms that apply to your engagement.

Payments are made for consultation time and professional advisory services, not for a guaranteed result. We do not guarantee Startup Denmark approval, visas, residence permits, investment, funding, business success, or any other outcome.

Official decisions are made by the relevant authorities, and investment decisions are made independently by investors. Outcomes may depend on factors outside our control, including your information, business circumstances, eligibility, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

Consulting services are subject to applicable Danish VAT (moms). Fees, payment timing, and the scope of any package are communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Consultation and package payments are generally non-refundable, subject to mandatory Danish and EU consumer law. If you purchase a package of consultation hours and do not use all of those hours, unused hours do not automatically qualify for a partial refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. You remain responsible for making your own decisions, conducting your own research, and verifying important official information directly with the relevant authorities or other qualified sources.

You should not rely solely on our website, consultations, startup listings, or introductions when making legal, immigration, business, investment, or financial decisions.

Startup profiles, pitch decks, video pitches, and other materials may be submitted for private review or potential inclusion in our startup discovery services. Publication or sharing is subject to the permissions you provide and any editorial decision we make.

We may decline, remove, edit, or refrain from publishing materials at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and authorise the use of all materials you provide.

Any startup listing, pitch deck, video pitch, or investor introduction is provided for discovery and facilitation only. It does not constitute an endorsement, investment recommendation, due diligence finding, or guarantee of investment.

Investors and startups are each responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent legal, financial, tax, and business advice as appropriate. We do not act as an investment adviser, broker, agent, or representative for either party.

The website, its branding, text, structure, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Startup Visa Denmark or Book2Wheel ApS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes connected to our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Visa Denmark and Book2Wheel ApS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, consulting services, startup listings, materials, or introductions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available under mandatory consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Danish law and mandatory rules on jurisdiction.
